Zion National Park

Our second National Park of Spring break was Zion National Park in Utah. This place is just breathtaking. The views, the shear rock faces in front of us, the narrow canyons…that’s why they call the canyon where the river runs through “the narrows.” It was the highlight of our trip. The boys both said it was their favorite thing we did.
we stayed in Springdale which is the cutest little town you’ve ever seen and the LaQuinta did not disappoint – bunk beds, a king bed, a coffee maker and a fridge, a pool and hot tub – perfection! Also, Zion Guru where we rented our gear for the narrows was on site as well. Thanks for all that great planning Kelley Bayer!!

There are only park vehicles allowed on the roads a so you can just hike right there. Look at those cliffs!
Ready for the narrows
That’s why we needed the suits!
Little Kaitlyn needed a group effort to keep her on her feet!
A quick bite to eat in the one sunny spot we could find
