In the 4th grade at Sharon, the kids put on a wax museum. We never did this when I was a kid. I had never even heard of it. But the kids pick a character, research them, and then dress up like the character. When the parents come around to the “wax figure,” it comes to life and the kids tell a little story about their character. So cool, right?! Aiden got to be Harry Houdini. He worked really hard on his speech and on the box that he turned into Houdini’s famous “milk jug trick.” He pretty much rocked it.

He didn’t tell me they were doing a parade…I would have advised on a more appropriate shorts and footwear. Houdini did his trick in a old fashioned bathing suit which from the top looks like a black tank top. And in his milk jug, you’d only really see the tank top. Small oversight…

Aiden did so great with his presentation…until he lost his balance once and fell off the table. He stayed safely on the floor for the remainder of the wax museum.
