Every 4th grader in this country gets a national park pass for free for the year. This gets them into every national park along with 3 adults and any kids under 16 – what a wonderful program! So we checked out a few of books from the library to get us started on where Aiden wants to go during his 4th grade year. Tops on his list was St. John which I didn’t even know was a national park! Apparently, 2/3 of St John is US national park. So that’s what we got the boys for Christmas: a trip over MLK weekend to St John. We spent the whole time hiking and snorkelling. It was glorious!
