We were so fortunate to get to go to the Final Four in Phoenix to cheer on the TarHeels. A lot of people went to a lot of work to enable us to go, stay in the team hotel, have tickets and we are so thankful we got to be a part of it. Needless to say, we’ve got some thank you cards to write! Anyway, this is how our trip went down.
As we got off the plane in Phoenix
We were thrilled that Grandma Wolford got to come to Phoenix too!
We took in some sightseeing at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens which has so many cacti. It was really beautiful.
We were all impressed with the butterfly garden. Zebra butterflies here.
These boys can make a playground out of anything!
We went to fanfest which is a huge convention center to celebrate all things basketball…and marketing sponsors of course.
Court and Aiden’s favorite was the Oreo “dunk” challenge.

As you can see in Court’s smile, he lost his tooth at half time of the National championship game. What a cool memory right? He ran right up to Odell Beckham Jr (an NFL player who is also a huge Carolina fan) and showed him his missing tooth!
